Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless we’ve made an error (like sending the wrong item) or the request falls under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. So please choose carefully!
If you're eligible for a return, your item must be sealed (pillows - vacuum sealed), unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at jellylegs@girlsgetoff.com If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please don’t send anything without contacting us first—unrequested returns won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out right away at jellylegs@girlsgetoff.co.nz so we can make it right.
Note: We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it’ll be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund on your end.
